Hi, my name is Jason Bell. I am Fulbright's psychological examiner. 

As a school psychology specialist, I conduct psychological tests to identify children who may have difficulty learning and participating in the general education curriculum.  I also assist in developing behavioral intervention plans to address behaviors that may be impeding classroom performance. I frequently consult with parents, teachers, and specialists on assuring quality instruction in the least restrictive environment.
